Returns

Due to the specific nature of some products (i.e, flavored waters, loose leaf tea(s)), we are unable to accept returns for sanitary reasons. Once our products are made and shipped to the customer, we are unable to take the product back.

For items that do not fall in the category listed above (i.e, apparel/merchandise) we are more than happy to exchange or replace your Eliqua LLC product(s) if defective.

Exchanges

We get it, accidents happen! If you purchased an item in the wrong style/color/size, we can exchange the item(s) for you no problem. We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unused, non-damaged apparel/merchandise. If the item we receive is damaged or has been used, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange as ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Defects

At Eliqua LLC we aim for perfection, which is why our quality control process is very thorough. If you feel you have received a defective product, please fill out a contact form: https://eliquallc.com/pages/contact-us providing your order # and detailed information of the product(s) in question.

 

Refunds

Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure we are meeting the goals and expectations of our customers. To receive a partial refund from Eliqua LLC, you must have your original receipt/invoice containing the product(s) you wish to be refunded, the order must be no more than 14 days past the notified delivery date, and you must fill out a Refund Request Form. Once we review your Refund Request, we will notify you that we have processed your request and proceed with giving you a partial refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a partial refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 2-3 business days.

Your partial refund will appear back to your original form of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

PLEASE NOTE: If you receive a refund and we ask that you send back the item(s) in question, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
