Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship your Eliqua LLC order to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, or outside of the United States.**
Shipping Costs: For shipments 5lbs or less in weight, we charge a $4.99 shipping fee. For orders that weigh 5.01lbs or greater, we charge a $10.99 shipping fee.
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer expedited shipping through our website, and we will never ask you for more than $10.99 for a shipping fee.**
Shipping Carrier: Eliqua LLC ships exclusively with UPS Ground service only.
Processing Time: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday after 5pm through Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website (www.eliquallc.com).
After your order is placed and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in your inbox once your order leaves the fulfillment center. This shipping confirmation email will contain your UPS Ground tracking number.
**PLEASE NOTE: Please check your email spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.**
Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from UPS before that time.
Delivery Time: While you may receive an estimated delivery date attached to your order tracking number, this is an estimate and NOT guaranteed. Once your order is processed by the shipping carrier (UPS), please allow up to 5 business days (this does not include weekends/holidays) for your order to arrive.
If you suspect that your order has been delayed for any reason, please contact us using our contact form found using the link www.eliquallc.com/pages/contact-us. Once we have detected the issue with the arrival of your Eliqua LLC package, we will contact you immediately with your preferred next steps.
These steps may include either a full refund, partial refund, or a new shipment of Eliqua LLC waters.
